1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By registering for, accessing, or using the Wokulo Wizalo services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Our services are educational in nature and do not constitute financial advice.

5. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT

Certain features require paid subscriptions:

• Fees are stated in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes
• Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
• We reserve the right to change subscription fees with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services

6. USER CONTENT

You retain ownership of any financial data and content you submit to our platform. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, store, and display that content solely for providing our services to you.

You are solely responsible for your content and agree not to submit any content that:

• Violates any law or regulation

• Contains viruses or malicious code
• Is fraudulent, false, or misleading

The Wokulo Wizalo platform, including all content, features, functionality, and source code, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, create derivative works, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code without our permission.

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Send spam or other unauthorized commercial communications
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Impersonate another user or person
• Engage in any fraudulent or illegal financial activities

9. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

13. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through our services or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
